Visited this outlet on Saturday.
It is paired with an O Briens sandwich bar,.
It is best described as organised chaos.
There are no signs or help as to what is best in relation to ordering food.
There is no one doing seating or to greet you upon entering.
At first I stood around the counter for a few minutes and then when I was not attended to I found a seat and sat down thinking that perhaps someone might come over and take my order.
But nope.
So I left my seat and had a walk around and I discovered two ordering kisoks which are hidden behind a coffee station facing the Windows, if you are coming in from the entrance you will more than likely walk passed them.
So having placed an order I was given a receipt with a number on it. But there is no screen to view the progress of the order. So I approached the counter to ask. I was told the only screen there is not working. But that they would bring the order to me.
Luckily my seat was not taken by someone else so I sat down and after about 10 minutes one of the staff did bring the order to me.
I had paid for ketchup and there was none with the food. So had to go back up and ask for it.
Food is average with frozen chips which are slightly seasoned.
Not bad. But not great.

Very confusing when you go in firstly. 3 different counters with various different purposes. Cant order from the 1 counter. Service was good and staff friendly, though noticed a few staff just standing round chatting. Food was only ok. I got a sandwich and frappe. Very standard and the frappe seemed watered down.
Everything was good apart from the most important thing which was food, I've ordered a doner kebab and it was horrible, not only the portion was like for a new born baby but the way it was wrapped was also very poor, when I tried to eat it everything fell apart. You are better off getting a sandwich at home. I recommend to avoid this place if possible. (The prices are also too high)
Fatty chicken, flat bread was so tough and the whole kebab was dry.
Wouldn't go again.
Just keep it plain and simple very expensive and food wasn’t great service was alright
